The flagship comprehensive non-regulated version. Jamie Lynn Services performs deep discovery and builds the operating system around the organization: procedures, authorities, controls, forms, records, continuity, evidence and implementation-ready documentation.
Regulated operating architecture for environments governed by HIPAA, ISO-aligned management systems, insurer requirements, contractual/customer controls or other specifically defined frameworks. Scope can include policies, procedures, safeguards, evidence, training, incident response, change control and audit readiness.

An assessment progression rather than another collection of product cards. The question changes as the organization moves from documentation condition to operating condition and network assurance.
Determine whether documentation, records, controls and implementation align with an agreed operating or requirement baseline. Deliverables can include prioritized findings, evidence references, documentation gaps, control gaps and a practical remediation roadmap.
Examine how the operation actually functions across process, people, systems, handoffs, capacity, quality, controls, measurement, management routines, friction and bottlenecks. Deliverables can include findings, evidence, quick wins, priorities and a 90-day roadmap.
Return after corrective action and determine whether agreed findings were addressed. Each original finding receives an appropriate disposition: verified closed, partially verified, open or new condition identified.
